Policies

ALL CATERING ORDERS MAY BE ATTENDED, DELIVERED OR PICKED UP BY THE CUSTOMER. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR PICKING UP AN ORDER. CHAFING DISHES AND ALL REQUIRED EQUIPMENT MAY BE RENTED FOR UNATTENDED BUFFETS WITH ORDERS OVER $100. A DEPOSIT OF $40 MUST BE LEFT FOR ALL CHAFING DISHES. ALL CHAFING DISH EQUIPMENT MUST BE CLEANED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 OF EVENT TO RECEIVE REFUND OF DEPOSIT. WE WILL BRING CHAFING DISHES AND SET THEM UP FOR THE SAME FEE AS DELIVERY. ATTENDED BUFFET SERVICE CAN BE PROVIDED FOR ORDERS OVER $200. THESE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE. SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED AT $20 PER HOUR PER SERVER. 1 SERVER IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY 15 PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE. AN ACCURATE HEAD COUNT MUST BE GIVEN AT LEAST 36 HOURS IN ADVANCE. DELIVERY OR ATTENDED BUFFET MORE THAN 15 MILES FROM FRILLY’S WILL INCUR $1.50 PER MILE CHARGE IN EACH DIRECTION PER PERSON REQUIRED FOR SERVICE. MILEAGE WILL BE DETERMINED BY MAPQUEST. DELIVERY WITHIN 15 MILES OF FRILLY’S CAN BE PROVIDED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. ALL ORERS MUST BE PLACED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE ORDER. DISPOSABLE PLATES, CUPS, LIDS, PLASTIC WARE AND SERVING UTENSILS ARE INCLUDED IN ALL ORDERS.
